Abstract:This paper introduces the importance of information collection on automobile market and competitive product for the benchmarking management of automobile companies, enumerates in detail the information collecting ways of market and competitive product in automobile benchmarking management, and gives a brief overview of each information collection way. The information collection ways are compared, which provides a reference for the follow-up automobile market information and competitive product information collection.
