摘 要：概述了PFMEA的定义及其五个关键参数（严重度、频度、探测度、风险顺序数、风险优先等级）；并通过四个步骤（新产品输入、PFMEA编制、风险评估及措施实施、PFMEA输出）详细介绍PFMEA在发动机新产品项目中的应用，通过预防性的措施，有效降低质量风险，提升产品的制造质量。

PFMEA application in manufacture quality improvement of new engine products

Abstract：This paper overview of the definition of PFMEA and its five key parameters（Severity、Occurance、Detection、RPN、Risk Prior. Level） ， and through the four steps （new product input， PFMEA preparation， risk assessment and implementation measures， PFMEA output） introduces the PFMEA application in manufacture quality improvement process of new engine products detailedly， reducing the quality risk effectively and improving the manufacture quality of the product through preventive measures.
