某车型B柱钣金异响机理的研究

摘 要:某车型在行驶中,B柱区域会发出嘀嘀的异响声音。在暴晒之后更加容易复现,且异响的声音明显增大。文中研究了钣金异响的机理,并通过6sigma的试验方法,找到了最佳的工艺参数,改善了异响问题的发生。

Abstract:When a model is driving, the B-pillar area will make a tick noise. It is easier to reproduce after exposure to the sun, and the noise is significantly increased. In this article, the mechanism of sheet metal rattle is studied, and the best process parameters are found through the 6sigma test method, which improves the occurrence of abnormal noise.
