优化扭矩管理器消除整车80KPH拍振问题

摘 要:某车型在开发验证阶段,整车NVH性能评价在80KPH车速,存在前排类似拍振的轰鸣声,后排座椅抖动的问题,通过优化扭矩管理器单体设计、动平衡设计,减弱振动源一阶振动,达到改善该问题的目标,并验证有效,批量实施。

Abstract:In the development and verification stage of a vehicle model, when the NVH performance evaluation of the whole vehicle is at the speed of 80kph, there are problems such as the roar of beating vibration in the front row and the jitter of the rear seats. By optimizing the single body design and dynamic balance design of the torque manager, the first-order vibration of the vibration source is reduced to achieve the goal of improving this problem, which is verified to be effective and implemented in batch.
