基于试验技术的发动机可靠性评估及摩擦磨损试验

摘 要:发动机可靠性是评价汽车质量与性能的一项关键指标。本文将某型号发动机设定在全速、全负荷的运行条件下,连续运转500h,根据试验结果分析其耐久性。另外还选择发动机的缸套,将标准件与抽样件进行摩擦磨损的对比试验,根据试验结果分析其耐磨损性能。综合两项试验结果,对该型号发动机的可靠性有了基本了解。

Abstract:Engine reliability is a key index to evaluate vehicle quality and performance. In this paper, a certain type of engine is set to operate at full speed and full load for 500h. Its durability is analyzed according to the test results. In addition, the cylinder liner of the engine is selected, and the friction and wear comparison test are carried out between the standard parts and the sampling parts. The wear resistance is analyzed according to the test results. Based on the two test results, a basic understanding of the reliability of this type of engine is provided.
