[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethepotentialprofilesofhealthliteracyingoutpatients，thediferencesindemographic featuresbetween diferent profiles，andtheir asociation with self-managementpositivity.MethodsTheconveniencesampling method wasusedtoselect243goutpatients whoatendedShandongGout Clinical MedicalCenterfrom MarchtoMay2O23assubjects.Annvestigationwasconductedusingageneral informationquestionnaire，agoutpatienthealthliteracyscale，andapatient positivitymeasurement scale.Apotentialprofileanalysiswas conductedforthehealth literacyof gout patients toinvestigatethe diference insocio-demographiccharacteristicsandself-managementpositivitybetwenthepatients withdiferentprofiles.ResultsThehealthliteracyofgoutpatientswasdividedintothreepotentialprofiles，andthereweresignificantdiferencesinsocio demographic characteristics between the patients with different profiles ⟨X2=10.220-39.108，P<0.05⟩ .There was also a significant difference in self-management positivity between the patients with different profiles （F=50.552，P<0.001） ，with the highest self-managemententhusiasmoservedinthehighliteracystable group.ConclusionThereis heterogeneityinthehealthliteracy of goutpatients，andself-managementpositivityvariesacrospatientswith diferentprofiles.Theself-management positivityof gout patients can be enhanced by improving their health literacy.
