Abstract: Due to the double marginalization effect and inadequate trust mechanisms,it is difficult for port enterprises and carrier companies to achieve coordination in the logistics service supply chain (LSSC) under decentralized decision-making. To address this issue, the blockchain technology was incorporated and a Stackelberg game was employed to construct coordination decision models for port LSSC under revenue-sharing contracts and quantity flexibility contracts. The research results show that the optimization coefficient of logistics costs by blockchain is positively correlated with wholesale prices of logistics capabilities, negatively correlated with the unit service cost of carrier enterprises, port LSSC profit is negatively correlated with the blockchain logistics cost optimization coefficient. Both revenue sharing contracts and quantity flexibility contracts can achieve port service supply chain coordination, with the coordination condition that the wholesale price of logistics capacity is equal to the unit service cost of carrier enterprises after blockchain optimization. The contract makes the profit distribution of port LSSC flexible and enhance the coordination of port LSSC.
