Method of VSG energy storage configuration of new energy field station considering frequency stability problem

Abstract:In alusiontotheproblem thatthe highproportionof new energyaccess and thereductionof thermalpowerunits canadverselyafectthefrequencystabilityofthesystemunderthegoalof“dualcarbon”,amethodofnewenergyfieldstation virtualsynchronousgenerator(VSG)energystorageconfigurationbasedontheinertiaangleisproposed.Byquantitatively analyzingthelossofsystemrotationalinertiacausedbythereductionofthermalpowerunits,thetheoreticalcapacityofVSG energystoragewithonly inertiasupportfunctioncanbedetermined.Therelationshipbetwen VSGenergystoragecapacityand controlparametersisanalyzed,andthevirtualinertiatimeconstantofVSGisidentified.Onthisbasis,theprimaryfrequency modulationcontrolisintroduced,andtheenergystorage powerandcapacityof VSGwithboth inertiasupportandprimary frequencymodulationfunctionarecalculated.ThecorrectnessoftheVSGenergystorageconfigurationmethodisverifiedby meansof thesimulationanalysisofthethre-machinenine-node model establishedbyPSCAD.Theresultsshow thatthe proposed methodcanenablenewenergyunitstohaverapid frequencyresponsecapabilities,andtoacertainextent,simulatetheinertia responseand primaryfrequencyregulationoftermal powerunits,accuratelycompensatingforthe mising inertia inthesystem.

为应对化石能源危机与气候变化问题,大力发展可再生能源已成为全球能源低碳转型的核心路径,结合“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,预计“十四五"期间,我国风电、光伏发电量将实现翻倍,可再生能源在一次能源消费增量中占比将超过 50% 。(剩余8715字)
