Abstract：With thedevelopmentof national digital government，safeandreliabledatasharingamong government departments has becomearesearch hotspot.Information sharing among government departments can promote the managementof governmentagencies，improvethegovernanceandservice levelof governmentagencies，andexplore theeconomicand social valueof governmentdata.Intraditional governmentdatamanagementsystems，dataisstoredtypicallbymeansofcentralized storagepproaches，whichcanresultinissuessuchasdata privacybreaches，singlepointoffailure，and“datasilos".Inorderto solvethisproblem，ashemeofgovernmentdatasharingbasedonblockchainisproposed.Inthisscheme，thegovernmentdatais encryptedbymeansofatribute-basedencryptionshemetorestricttheatributesof thedatarequester.Theatribute-based encryptionschemeisimprovedtoincrease thegranularityofacess controlandreducethecomputationcost.Theinterplanetary file system isusedtostoreencrypteddata，relievingthestoragepresureoftheblockchainsystem.Afterthesecurityanalysis andsimulationexperiments，itcanbeseenthattheproposedschemecanmetthedemandof thesecuritysharingofgovermment data，and providea feasible scheme for the securitysharing of government data.
