Abstract:Asarelativelyindependentpower generationandconsumptionunit,itisparticularlyimportantforthe"soure network loadstorage"tooptimize thejointscheduling methodof"windsolarstorage",soas tomaximizetheconsumptionof new energypower.Asfarasthethemeof grid-connectedpowerplaningforthewindandsolarstorageisconcerned,amethodof "sourcenetwork loadstorage"optimal schedulingconsideringloadadaptabilityisproposed basedonwindandsolar power generationpower forecasting andregionalloadchange trendcorrelationresearch.Atthedatasourceend,theadaptiveneural fuzzyalgorithmwithempiricalmodedecompositionandgeneticalgorithm(EMD-GA-ANFIS)isusedforthewindpower prediction,whilethegainsgmentednormaldistributionfiting(GS-GD)techniqueisusedforthephotovoltaicpowerprediction. Inoptimizingtheschedulingprocess,aloadfitnessfactorisintroducedtodynamicallycorrecttheinitialpowergenration schedulingcontroldata.Themulti period fuzzyentropy(MFE)isused tocharacterizethedeviationtrendofwindsolarstorage jointpowerprediction,dynamicalladjusttheenergystoragethroughput,andimprovethespacefornewenergyconsumption.The feasibilityoftheproposedmethodisverfiedbyacaseanalysisusingtheactualdataofasourcenetworkloadstorage"project inapark.Furthermore,usingtheactualdataofthe"sourcenetworkloadstorage"projectinacertainpark,caseanalysisresults showthat:whenconsideringtheloadchangetime,thepeak electricityconsumptionaccountsforthedailycycle,theadjustment range isset to 10% ,thecapacityreaches the minimum value of 21.2491kWh,with a decrease of 18.36%,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
