基于现有的行车组织案例提升调度员的故障处置能力

摘 要：本文通过总结现有的行车组织案例（以宁波地铁为例），对行车调度人员故障处置能力进行简要分析，并根据分析结果提出关于提升行车调度员故障处置能力的方法和一些建议。

Abstract：This based on the summary of the existing traffic organization cases（taking Ningbo Metro as an example），this paper briefly analyzes the fault handling capacity of traffic dispatchers，and puts forward some methods and Suggestions to improve the fault handling capacity of traffic dispatchers.
