浅析轨道交通城轨车辆客室线槽结构

摘 要：文章介绍了国内轨道交通行业城轨车辆客室线槽的几种结构，主要从线槽断面、安装结构、分区方式对其进行详细描述。同时对客室线槽结构进行分析，从可靠性、可维护性、平台性、工艺性等角度提出了客室线槽的简统化建议。

Abstract：This paper introduces several structures of rail car passenger compartment in domestic rail transit industry，and describes them in detail from the section，installation structure and partition way of the rail car compartment.At the same time，the structure of the passenger room cable trough is analyzed，and the simplified suggestions of the passenger room cable trough are put forward from the aspects of reliability，maintainability，platform and manufacturability.

轨道交通车辆的电缆布线根据位置分为底架布线、客室布线、车顶布线，客室布线的主要承载部件为客室左右线槽，客室顶部左右两侧各有一个从头到尾的线槽，采用铝板折弯结构，焊接成嵌套双U形。（剩余1637字）
