浅谈离心式压缩机的防喘振控制

摘要：离心式压缩机在石油化工行业中的使用十分普遍，而喘振为其固有属性，为保证压缩机安全高效的运行，要尽量避免机组发生喘振，因此防喘振控制极为重要。本文介绍了喘振产生的原因与防喘振的基本原理，并着重介绍了实际生产过程中防喘振控制的响应原理及控制方式。

Abstract：Centrifugal compressor is widely used in petrochemical industry，And surge is an inherent property，In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the compressor， it is necessary to avoid surge of the unit， so anti-surge control is very important.This paper introduces the cause of surge and the basic principle of anti-surge， and focuses on the response principle and control mode of anti-surge control in actual production process.

离心式压缩机又叫做透平式压缩机，整个压缩机没有中间罐等装置，也没有巨大且笨重的基础元件，整体结构十分紧凑，总体尺寸小，分量轻；机器内部耗油量很少，只有轴承部分需要润滑，减少了压缩空气被污染的可能性；压缩机运行过程中振动小，出口排气连续，易于调节，维修简单。（剩余3766字）
