双碳目标下高校能动专业开展责任关怀教育

摘要:以某高校能动专业2020届本科毕业生的就业分析作为切入口,探讨双碳目标下高校能动专业开展责任关怀教育的有效路径。通过专业层面纳入人才培养方案,教师层面融入日常教学,学生层面浸入社团、科研、竞赛和社会实践等措施,在高校中推广责任关怀理念,培养学生责任关怀素养,提高学生可持续发展能力。

Abstract:The effective path of responsible care education under the dual carbon goal has been discussed by taking the employment analysis of 2020 undergraduate graduates of energy and power engineering major in a university as the starting point.Through the inclusion of talent training programs at the professional level,the integration of daily teaching at the teacher level,and the immersion of students in associations,scientific research,competitions and social practice at the student level,we can promote the concept of responsible care in universities,cultivate students' quality of responsible care and improve students' ability of sustainable development.

纵观国内外文献,对责任关怀理念的应用报道不多,研究主要集中在两方面:一是站在化工企业角度,研究推进责任关怀对行业绿色可持续发展的促进作用,边际(2017)指出在中国促进责任关怀可以增进公众认知,落实企业主体责任,推动绿色发展[1];常敏(2019)指出行业协会、化工园区、企业等积极推广责任关怀理念,共同促进石化行业的健康和绿色可持续发展[2];何振都(2020)从组织管理、产品监管、物流安全、职业安全、职业医疗和健康保护、工艺安全、环境保护和应急响应等方面阐述了巴斯夫践行“责任关怀”的最佳实践[3]。(剩余4271字)
