高糖枇杷果实发育后期淀粉和蔗糖代谢的转录组分析

Abstract:In this study,a systematic transcriptome analysis was conducted on loquat fruits at five stages,namely the150thdayafterflowering(Ej-FS1),the160thday(Ej-FS2),the170thday(Ej-FS3),the180thday(Ej-FS4),and the190th day(Ej-FS5).Atotalof 17564 diffrentiallyexpressed genes were screeed fromthecomparison groupsof EjFS1andEj-FS2,Ej-FS2andEj-FS3,Ej-FS3andEj-FS4,andEj-FS4andEj-FS5Therewere8584diferentiallyexpressed genes inthecomparison groupofEj-S3andEj-FS4,among which243diffrentiall expressed genes wereenriched inthestarch andsucrosemetabolismpathway.Thesediferentiallyexpressed genesregulated25enzymessuch ascytosolic neutral invertase, sucrose-6-phosphatase,sucrose phosphate synthase,sucrose synthase,fructokinase,and glucose-6-phosphate isomerase in the starch and sucrose metabolism pathway.The expression patterns of the differentially expressed genes detected by qRT-PCR were consistent with the transcriptome data,indicating that the transcriptome data obtained through high-throughput sequencing in this study are reliable.The results of this study reveal the molecular mechanism of sugar accumulation in loquat fruitsand provide important candidate genesand a theoretical basis formolecularbreeding ofloquat.
