Abstract:Thisarticleproposesaworkpiecesizemeasurementmethodbasedonmachinevisionplatformtometthehigh-precision andhigh-effciencyrequirementsofmodernmanufacturingindustryforworkpiecesizemeasurement.Thisstudyachievedthe stabilityandaccuracyoftheworkpiecemeasurementmethodbyadjustingtheparametersoftheopticalimagingsystem,including lightsource brightnessandlensconfiguration,combinedwithfunctionaloperatorsandscriptprogrammingsuchasgrayscale matchingandlinedetectioninimageprocesingsoftware.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthismethodensurestheeffciencyof singlepiecemeasurementwhilecontrolingtherepeatabilityerrorofsizemeasurementwithinareasonablerange,whichcan effectively adapt to the size measurement requirements under complex working conditions.
