校企共育建筑装潢设计专业技能型人才培养模式研究
摘 要 针对当地及国内建筑装潢行业的人才需求,校企共育是职业教育的发展趋势,可以完善校企的利益平衡和持续发展。利用校企双方的资源,推动联合招生、联合培养,打造产教融合的专业型人才,实现企业、学校、学生三方共赢。

Abstract In view of the talent demand of local anddomestic architectural decoration industry, univer-sity-enterprise co-education is the development trendof vocational education, which can improve the balanceof interests and sustainable development of univer-sity and enterprise. By using the resources of bothschools and enterprises, we can promote joint enroll-ment and training, so as to create professional ta-lents integrating industry and education, and achievea win-win situation among enterprises, schools and students.
