高职专业课程分类教学的必然、内涵与路径

摘 要 高职课堂针对学生个性化需求，基于专业技能（群）培养，通过专业课程（群）开展个性化教学，在尊重差异、尊重个性、避免歧视的前提下，从教学设计逻辑、教学组织逻辑和学习支持逻辑等方面构建实施路径，以实现学生的个性化发展。

Necessity， Connotation and Route of Classi-fied Teaching for Professional Courses in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract Based on the training of professional skills（groups） ， the classroom of higher vocational educa-tion carries out personalized teaching through spe-cialized courses （groups） according to the students’personalized needs. On the premise of respecting differences， respecting individuality and avoiding discrimination， the implementation path is con-structed from the logic of teaching design， the logicof teaching organization and the logic of learning support to realize the personalized development of students.

标准化课堂教学采用统一的教学目标、教学内容、教学组织方式和教学评价，具有客观稳定、机械封闭、高效严密等特征，较好地满足了工业化时代追求大规模生产的人才培养需求。（剩余6752字）
