行动学习引导技术在高校教学中的运用探讨

摘 要 行动学习是近年来在企业较为流行的一种基于“做中学”的集体学习模式。分析行动学习模式的特点及关键要素,基于行动学习引导理论设计视觉化引导工具“群策群力汇谈画布”,以帮助教师在教学中更好地引导学生开展行动学习活动,增强学生的主动学习能力。

Probe into Application of Action Learning Facilitation Skills in College Teaching

Abstract Action learning is a kind of collective learning mode based on “learning by doing”, which is popular in enterprises in recent years. This paper analyzes features of action learning mode and the key elements that are vital in action learning. Based on the facilitation skills in action learning, the author designed a visual facilitation tool, the Workout Canvas, to help teachers better guide the action learning activity and strengthen the active learning ability of students.
