自动化专业人才培养模式改革探索与实践

摘 要 根据应用型地方本科高校培养具有创新精神、创业意识和实践能力的高素质应用型人才的需要,自动化专业围绕工程教育专业认证标准和新工科建设的要求,不断完善课程体系和实践教育体系,建设“互联网+”虚拟仿真实验中心和三环节融合的实践育人协同平台,构建基于“工程生长”理念的工程实践阶梯培养模式。

Abstract According to the needs of applied local universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit, entrepreneurial conscious-ness and practical ability, automation majors con-stantly improve the curriculum system and practical education system around the requirements of engi-neering education professional accreditation stan-dards and new engineering construction, and build “Internet +” virtual simulation center and the practical training platform for integration of three links, and build a stepped training mode of enginee-ring practice based on “engineering growth” concept.

0 引言
2010年,教育部为贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》和《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》启动了卓越工程师教育培养计划,2012年安徽工程大学自动化专业加入了安徽省卓越计划,开始改革自动化专业人才培养模式,制定了自动化专业卓越工程师培养计划,重点对实践教育环节进行了改革。(剩余2664字)
