[Abstract]Thepathogenesisof membranousnephropathy (MN) iscomplex,involving multiple processsandoutcomes,such asinflammatorysposs,enalrosisdoyteijuryndiuneactios.inemdicinsofedistictivedaagsad thusdemonstratesignificanteficacyintreating MNbyregulatingthenuclearfactor-kB(NF-B)pathway.BasedontheNF-KB signalingpathwaythisstudyelucidatesitspathologicalroleinpromotingtheocurrenceanddevelopmentofMbyanalyzingits involvementinrenalfibrosisinflammatoryresponses,podocyteinjuryandimmunereactions.Furthermore,itsysteticaly summarizesthemechanismsofaction bywhichtheactive ingredients from Chinese medicines,single Chinesemedicines,and compoundfomulasameliorateMNthroughN-KBpathwaymodulation,iming toprovideatheoreticalbasisfortargetingN-kBin the clinical treatment of MN.
