[Abstract]ObjectiveToestablishtheHPLCfingerprintof Huayu ZhitongPlasterandtodeterminethecontentof itsten componentsusingthquantitativeanalysisofmulti-componentsbysingle-marker(QAMS)method,soastoprovideareferecefor quality assessment. Methods The HPLC fingerprint was developed'using an Agilent HC-C 18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile- .1% formicacid 0.1% triethylamine under gradient elution conditions.The column temperature was maintained at 30 C and the flow rate was set at 1mL⋅min-1 . Similarity evaluation was performed on the fingerprint, and chemometric methods were applied forchemicalpattrnrecognition.Thecontentofthecomponentswerecalculatedusingrelativecorectionfactors(RCFs). TheresultsobtainedbytheQAMSmethodwerecomparedwiththosedeterminedbytheexternalstandardmethod,andaditional RCFswerecalculatedacordinglyforcontentdetermination.ResultsAtotaloftencommonpeakswereidentifiedinthefingerprints ofthe14batches,withsimilarityevaluationsexceedingO.9.Usingbaicalinastheinternalreferencesubstance,thecoection factorsforateinroxafloreloldenineirosde,gne,e,bie physcionweredeterminedas09229,1487,1.1716,537,11135,03168,0006,0.3894,and0.5944,respectively.ere wasnosignificantdiferencebetweentheresultscalculatedbytheQAMSmethodandthosecalculatedbytheexternalstandard method.Conclusion Theestablished HPLC fingerprintcombinedwith theQAMSmethoddemonstratesacuracyandreliability thereby providing ascientific foundation for thequalitycontrolandcomprehensive evaluationof Huayu Zhitong Plaster.
