[Abstract]Thestatement，"Phlegm intertwined with blood stasis eventuallyformsanesting focus"originates fromtheDan Xi XinFa： TanShiSan[Danxis MasteryofMedicine：Phlegm SectionThirten）.Thisconceptlaterevolvedintothe"Nestingheory" whichelucidatesthepathogenesisofchronic，refractorydiseasescharacterizedbyacomplexinterplayofdeficiencyandexcess pattemswithalingeringandrecurentnature.Cancerpainsharesthesefeatures—beinginsidious，protracted，stubbo，andof mixeddeficiency-excessnaturemakingthetheorywhichemphasizesthedeeplyentrenchedandtenaciouslycohesivepathogenic factors，afitingmodelforunderstandingitspathogenesis.Basedonthe"Nesting Theory，"thispapercategorizescancerpaiinto threetherapeuticstagesacording tothewaxingandwaningofhealthyqiandpathogenicfactors，aswellasthedepthof the nestingfocusformation.Theearlystagefocusesonreinforcing healthyqiandregulating qiflowtopreventphlegm-stasis accumulation;themidlestageprioritizesresolvingstasis，dispersingnodules，andunblockingcollteralstorelievepain;andthe latestageemphasizesprioritizingunblockingasthetreamentmethodwhiletakingtonifyingasthefundamentalapproachThis approach aims to provide a theoretical basis and clinical reference for the TCM management of cancer pain.
