[Abstract]ProfessorLINTiandongproposesthatpathogenesisofchronicprostatisisrotedinkidneydeficiencywith dampnes，heat，tasis，andtoxinsasitsmanifestations.Ispathologicalevolutioninvolesdynamicimbalanceinefunctiosf thelung，spleen，andkidney.Intheearlystage，impairedqitransformationinthelungandkidneyleadstostagnationofurbid dampness.Inthemiddlestage，deficiencyofboththespleeandkidneyresultsindampheatandbloodstasisobstructionInhe latestage，idnyiiencyiesstolatioofaisbidityndisIreamntrofo totheprincipleof"addressingtherootcauseandstrengtheningthefoundationaltemately"forstagespecifictreamentInthearly stage，the focus isonclearingheatanddraining dampness，dispersing thelungandrelieving stranguryAmodified Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoctionisused toregulatetheqitransformationofsanjiao.Inthemidlestage，the treatmentaims to strengthenthespleenandenefittheidneyandciculatebloodanddraindampnessAmodifdYihuangDecoctionislctedto reinforcehealthyqiandremovepathogenicfactorssimultaneouslyrestoringthetransportandtransformationfunctions.Inthelate stage，emphasisisplacedonnourishingandsupplementing kidneyyinandremoving toxinsanddrainingdampnessAmodified self-formulatedXiaokangDecoctionisemployedtoharmonizeyinandyangeliminatestubborpatogens.Averifidmedicalecord is attched to provide reference experience for the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis.
