[Abstract]Post-strokeoralphasedysphagiaisapathologicalprocessthatoccursafterastroke，characterizedbythe impairedstructuralandfunctionalintegrityoforganssuchasthelips，cheeks，mandible，tongue，andpharynx，resultinginthe inablitytosmoothlytransferfoodfromtheoralcavitytothepharynx.ProfessorLIXiaoningposisthat"physicalimpairment leadingtospiriualdeclineandoral-chekdysfunction”representsthecorepathogenesisinpatientswithpoststrokeoralpase dysphagia.Thespecificpathogenesisinvolvesdeficiencyofhealthyqiwithpathogenicfactorsinvadingthemeridians.Thisresults ingenuieqibeingunabletonourishthebrain;theoriginalspiritisdeprivedofsustenance，leadingtospiritualdecline. ConsequentlythevitalfunctionsofthespiritbecomeimpairedTherecommendedtreatmentaproachistorestorephysicalfor， regulatethespirit，andsuroundandexpelpathogenicfactors.ProfesorLIXiaoning，integratingplosopicalconceptsfromte Yi Jing（BookofChanges）withmodernanatomicaltheories，hasdevelopedaunique"four-cornersuroundingneedling"technique combinedwithelectroacupunctureforthetreatmentofpost-strokeoralphasedysphagia.Averifiedmedicalrecordisincludedto provide supporting evidence.
