Inflammation-cancer transformation in chronic gastritis and its intervention strategies based on the theory of "yin fire and Yuan-primordial qi are intrinsically opposed" and the concept of "metabolism-immune imbalance"

[Abstract]Theprocessofinflammation-cancertransformationinchronicgastitisinvolvesmutualinterferenceand systemicimbalancebetweenmetabolicreprogrammingandimmunemechanisms.Basedonthetheoryof"yinfireandYuanprimordialqiareintrinsicallopposed，"combiningmodemresearchfindings，itisbelievedthat"qi-fireimbalance"sharesan intrinsicconnectionwith"metabolism-immuneimbalance.”Thedeficiencyof Yuan-primordialqiresultingfromthedeficiency ofspleenandstomachconstitutesthepathologicalbasisfortheoccurenceofinflammation-cancertransformation，andtheqifireimbalancecausedbydeficientYuan-primordialqiandhyperactiveyinfireservesasthecentralpathogenesisdriving metabolism-immuneimbalance.Thisfurtherleadstotheaccumulationofpathologicalproductssuchasphlegmandblood stasis，therebyacceleratingdiseaseprogresion.Astagedtherapeuticapproachcenteredonthegeneralprincipleof "tonifying Yuan-primordialqiandclearingyinfire"isproposedacordingtotheevolutionofpathogenesis.Intheinitialstage，treatment focusesonstrengtheningthemiddejiaoandtonifyingYuan-primordialqi.Intheprogresivestage，theemphasisshiftsto clearingandreducingyinfire，reinforcinghealthyqitostrengthenthefoundation.Inthecancertransformationstage， interventionrequiresreinforcingqi，nourishingyin，removingtoxins，andstrengthening thefoundation.Thispaperoffers： reference for basicresearchand clinical treatment of inflammation-cancer transformationinchronic gastritis.

胃癌（gastriccancer，GC）作为全球高发的恶性肿瘤，是癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一Ⅲ，而慢性炎症型胃黏膜病变患者癌变风险显著提高，慢性胄炎发展为GC的关键病理进程正是“炎癌转化”，即炎症背景下胃黏膜经历Correa级联式病变最终发展为GC的过程。（剩余13960字）
