[Abstract]Rosaceaisaclincallrefractorydermatosiswithcomplexcausativefactorsandpathogenesis.Inthepast，itwas diferentitedandtreatedbasedontheconceptof"heatpathogen，"butthetherapeuticeffcacywaslimited.Thetheoryof "circumfluenceofqiemphasizestheendlesscirculationofqitransformationinthehumanbodyprovidingadynamicholistic perspectiveforinterpretingcomplexpathogenesis.Basedonthistheorythisarticleexploresthediagnosticandtherapeuticmethods forrosacea.Combiingwithclinicalpractice，itisbelievedthatimpairedfunctionofpivotalmechanismsandabnormalascending anddescendingofqimovementconstitutethecorepathogenesisofrosacea.Dysfunctionofthemidle-jiaoasthepivot，filureof therightpathwaytoescend，andflureoftheleftpathwaytoascendcanalleadtoabnoralascendinganddescendingofqi resulting inthedisease.Basedonthis，thetherapeuticprincipleof"restoringtheaxis （spleenandstomach）todrivethewheel （qi movement）"isproposed.Specificall，for"midle-jiaodysfunctionasthepivot withupperhatandlowercold"modifiedinggan Wuwei Jiangxin Xiaxing Dahuang Decoctionisusedtoclearupper heatwarmlowercold，andrestorethemidleaxis'sfunction; for"failureoftherightpathwaytodescendwithlungandstomachheataccumulation"modifiedPipa QingfeiDrink isemployedto clearandpurgelungandstomachheatandfacilitatethedescentoftherightpathway;for"failureoftheleftpathwaytoascend withliverqisagnation"modifedDanziXiaoaoPoderisutilizedtosoothetelivercolthebloodandfcilitatethentof theleftpathway.Averified medical record isatached for thereference of fellow practitioners.
