[Abstract]Pediatricatlanto-axialsubluxation （PAAS）isoneofthesignificantetiological factorsinducingtics，presenting clinicallywithinvoluntarymovementsorvocaltics.Theprotractedcourseofteonditionseverelyimpactsthephysicalandental healthofafectedchildren Thispaperestablishesthe"eLuosinewregulatingandbonealigning manipulation"basedothe"muscletendon-bonelibyatigoestdotosalyial andneuromodulationtheory.Itproposesacomprehensiveinterventionstrategyof"three-dimensionalbalanceadjustmentolistic treatmentofformandspirit"Thistechniqueadresesthreelevels—"tendonsmuscles，andbones"—byreleasingmyofascial tension，realigningjointdislocations，andregulatingbiomechanicallines.ItiscomplementedbytheHeLuonepalacesfinge needleacupointtechniqueontheheadtonourishtheliverandregulatethespirit，balancingyinandyang.Thiscorects atlantoaxialjintisaligentrestoesertebralrteryympatheticaisfunctionandmodulatestoricalriatalaic corticalcircuit，therebyimprovingticsymptomsthroughmulti-targetedmechanisms.Thispapersystematicallyelaboratesthe theoreticalfoundationsandoperationalprinciplesoftistherapyimingtoprovidenewinsightsforticsresearchineteal
