Abstracts： An in-depth discussion and practice have been conducted on the ideological and political construction of the course of Organic Chemistry. The exploration mainly focuses on four aspects： the standardized and systematic construction of ideological and political education in the course， the profound exploration of ideological and political elements in the course， the implementation mode of ideological and political education in the course with "three connections and three movements"， and the diversified assessment mode of ideological and political education in the course， to achieve the whole-process education of the organic chemistry course， and cultivate students' sense of patriotism， cultural confidence， scientific spirit， innovative spirit， professional quality， environmental awareness and professional identity， and enhance their comprehensive quality.
