地方院校师范生“四有”好老师培养的目标与路径研究

Abstract： Based on the requirements for "Good teachers with four qualities" proposed by President Xi Jinping， this article analyzes the shortages existing in cultivating normal students， expounds the general views on "Good teachers with four qualities". The authors innovatively propose a path for teacher cultivation through "three-learning， three-loveand three-connection" following the idea of "constantly thinking of educational feelings， constantly improving teacher morality， constantly practicing teaching skills and constantly updating professional knowledge". It also developed a practical system through "building a platform， establishing partnerships and imposing burdens"， which could provide practical references for normal student cultivation at local colleges.
