面向技术创新型人才培养的信息管理专业实践教学体系构建

摘  要：专业实践教学是培养学生创新能力的重要举措，当前实践教学体系对技术创新型人才培养支撑不足。该文以华中师范大学信息管理学院面向技术创新型人才培养为例，提出构建“实验教学-课外培训-团队管理-项目实战”四位一体的实践教学新体系，以期为信息管理专业实践教学提供参考。

Abstract： Professional practical teaching is an important measure to cultivate students' innovative ability. The current practical teaching system does not support the cultivation of technologically innovative talents. This paper takes the training of technically innovative talents in the School of Information Management of Central China Normal University as an example to propose the construction of "experimental teaching-extracurricular training-team management-project practice" a four-in-one practical teaching new system， with a view to providing a reference for the practical teaching of information management majors.
