基于协同育人的“五横一纵”人才培养模式构建研究

摘  要：该文立足行业企业需求，对于高校的人才培养进行深刻反思，分析目前的人才培养模式普遍存在的不足，提出建立基于产业需求的“五横一纵”人才培养模式的观点，确立人才培养模式构建目标、基本内容和实施路径等，并展望其发展方向，为高校人才培养模式的改革和发展提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract： Based on the needs of industrial enterprises， this paper makes a profound reflection on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the general shortcomings of the current talent training mode， puts forward the viewpoint of establishing the "Five horizontal and one vertical" talent training mode based on the industrial demand， and establishes the goal， basic content， implementation path of talent training mode， etc.， and look forward to its development direction. It provides a theoretical basis for the reform and development of the talent training mode in colleges and universities.
