五阶教学法在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用研究

摘  要:五阶教学方法主要是将理论学习与实践经验对接,由理论知识储备、剩余信息检索、演示操作、实践操作和总结评价五个步骤构成,这与大学生心理健康教育教学理念有高度的适切性,该文从应用的适切性、教学内容与目标、学情与教法分析、教学实施过程和教学反思与整改五个环节展开论述。

Abstract: The five-step teaching method is mainly the theoretical learning and practical experience docking, to theoretical knowledge reserve, residual information retrieval, demonstration operation, practical operation, summary and evaluation of five steps, which is highly appropriate with the teaching concept of "college students' mental health education". This paper describes the application suitability, teaching content and objectives, learning situation and teaching method analysis, teaching implementation process, teaching reflection and reform and so on.
