德政导师在高层次创新人才培养中的作用探析

摘  要：研究生教育是我国培养高层次创新人才的重要途径。导师是研究生教育和培养第一责任人，是影响研究生培养质量的关键因素。根据德政导师在研究生培养过程中的任务和使命，在研究生培养过程中对德政导师发挥的作用进行探析。

Abstract： Graduate education is an important way to train high-level innovative talents in our country. Supervisor is the first person responsible for graduate training and the key factor affecting the quality of graduate training. On the basis of analyzing the mission and responsibility of the moral and ideological education supervisor in the course of graduate training， this paper probed into the role of the moral and ideological education supervisor in the course of graduate training.
