摘  要：围绕“一带一路”铁路国际化工程人才培养，结合我校专业特色和新时期下轨道车辆专业本科生培养定位和目标，构建贯穿本科毕业设计全过程的交流、培养、监管体系，保障高质量本科毕业设计，并以本科毕业设计提升育人质量，推动铁路工程国际化人才培养，实现高水平人才培养。

Abstract： Focusing on railway engineering international talent cultivation of the Belt and Road Initiative， and combining with our school's professional characteristics and the orientation and objectives of the railway vehicle engineering talent cultivation in the new era， a whole process of communication and supervision system throughout the undergraduate courses would be built up to guarantee the completion of high-quality undergraduate courses， and improve the quality of education. Through the above measures， the training of internationalized talents majored in railway engineering was promoted， and the high level of personnel training was achieved.
