“职业院校主导型”现代学徒制的具体实践

——以浙经院市场营销专业为例

摘  要：文章提出“职业院校主导型”现代学徒制的具体含义，在此基础上分析其运行中需要解决的关键问题，包括主体地位、资金来源以及学员的角色定位等。最后分析职业院校主导型现代学徒制的优势，并以我院市场营销专业为例，展现其具体实践路径。

Abstract： This paper puts forward the specific meaning of the modern apprenticeship system dominated by vocational colleges， and on this basis， analyses the key problems to be solved in its operation， including the main body status， sources of funds and the role orientation of students. Finally， it analyses the advantages of modern apprenticeship dominated by vocational colleges， and takes our marketing major as an example to analyze the specific development path.
