论研究生导师与学生的相知和相长

摘  要：研究生的培养过程是一个复杂的系统工程，是导师和学生从相遇到相知、并相互影响的过程。文章分析了目前的师生关系，并以实例来回答三个问题：培养什么样的人、怎么培养人和为谁培养人。同时分析了导师在人才培养过程中应具备的素质及与研究生的相处之道。

Abstract： The cultivation process of graduate students is the complicated system engineering， which is the process from learning to influencing between supervisor and graduate students. This paper analyzes the current supervisor-student relationship， and answers the three questions with examples： what kind of people to cultivate， how to cultivate people and for whom to cultivate people. At the same time， it analyzes the quality that the tutor should have in the process of talent training and the way of getting along with the graduate students.
