产学研合作模式下高校服务社会效能提升对策研究

摘  要：产学研合作模式下，高校人才培养受社会主体发展趋势影响，制约了高校服务社会效能的发挥。文章通过分析当前产学研合作模式下制约发挥高校社会效能的影响因素，重点研究了提升高校服务社会效能的有效策略，以期为充分发挥高校社会服务职能提供有益思路。

Abstract： Under the mode of industry-University-Research cooperation， the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities is influenced by the development trend of social subjects， which restricts the performance of colleges and universities in serving the society. By analyzing the factors that restrict the effectiveness of colleges and universities under the current mode of industry-University-research cooperation， this paper focuses on the effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of colleges and universities in the service of society， so as to provide beneficial ideas for the full play of the social service functions of colleges and universities.

建国以来，我国高等院校大体经历了从以教学为主到教学、科研两个中心再到人才培养，知识创新，社会服务三大功能的演变[1]，涵盖了高校教书育人、科技研发、服务经济发展、传承文化等基本职能[2]。（剩余6643字）
