[Abstract]Patients withperiodontitis havedamaged periodontiumandarelativelyunstableperiodontal state，making therestorationoftheirmisingteethadificulttask.Therisksandchallenges broughtbyperiodontitisofdiferentstages torestorative work varyand thus must beclarified.Suficientperiodontal treatmentpreparation，grasping therestoration opportunity，andevaluatingtheretentionvalueof thetethbeforerestorativetreatmentarealsokeyfactorsafectingresto rationsuces.Removable partial denture，fixedpartial denture，and implantsupported dentureareoftenusedtorestore missing teeth inpatients with periodontitis.This studyreviewsthe clinicalconsiderationsand prognosis evaluationof prosthetic therapy in patients with periodontitis to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.
