[Abstract]Epstein-Barr virus-positive diffuse large B-cellymphoma （EBV+DLBCL）is arare and aggressive typeof B-cellymphomathattypicalloccurs inelderlypatientsandisassociatedwithapoorprognosis.Itcommonlyfects extranodal sites suchasthegastrointestinal tract，skin，andbone marrow.EBVDLBCL presenting with initialsymptoms in the gingiva is extremelyrare.Its similarity to EBV-positive mucocutaneous ulcer （EBVMCU） in terms of pathologyand immunophenotype makes definitive diagnosis challenging.Inthis work，wereport acase initiallydiagnosed as EBVMCU but later confirmed as EBV+DLBCL through lymphoma gene rearrangement technology.The clinical manifestations and

pathological histological features of the patient are presentedtoenhanceunderstandingofthediseaseandcontribute to early diagnosis and treatment of such malignant diseases.
