[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyze theatributesandconnotations oforalfrailtyconcept.MethodsWesystematically searchedrelevantliterature publishedbetweenJanuary2013andNovember2O24 inCNKI，WanFang，VIP，SinoMed， PubMed，WebofScience，andEmbase databasesandanalyzedthemthroughRodgers’evolutionaryconcept analysis.ResultsOralfrailtywentthrough phasesofconceptual exploration，contentenrichment，essencesearchingandrefinement， including“age-related”and“withacenteronthedeclineoforalfunction”atributes，andwaspredictive，intermediate，reversible，multidimensional，andoverlappng.Itwas mostlymeasured via mastication，swallowing function，andoalmotility.Inaddition，oralfrailtywas influencedbymultiplefactorsandresulted inmultipleadverse healthoutcomes inolder

adults.Conclusion Clarifying the attributes and connotations of oral frailty through conceptual analyses can provide a theoretical basis for conducting related research and is necessary to promote the effective management of such a condition.
