[Abstract]Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP)is an ionized gas that works under low temperatures and atmospheric pressure Itcontains highlyactivereactive oxygen species andreactivenitrogen species, which play importantroles incelsignaling,immuneresponse,andother physiologicalprocesses.TheapplicationofCAPinstomatology hasreceived increasingattentionuetoitsceltacerialntimtorydisrepingbilisictruteto healingin theoralcavity.Furthermore,itssurface modificationabilitycanenhancethecompatibilitybetween dental tissuesor implants and surrounding tissues.Therefore,CAPdisplays broadapplicationprospects intheregenerationof oral softand hardtissues,aleviationoforaldiseasesymptoms,shorteningoftreatmentcourse,andimprovementoftherapeutic effect.This articlereviews theresearch progressontheutilizationofCAPinoral tissueregenerationtoprovide areference for its clinical application.
