[Abstract]Thetreatmentofpulpdiseases is generallassciated withalowriskofbleeding，andthemanagementof bleding is often neglected bydentists.However，the impactof poor bleeding control on local treatmentcannot be ignored.Bleeding iscausedbysystemic factors，suchas coagulationdysfunctionoranticoagulantintake，and local factors， such as inflammatory stateofthegingivaland periodontal tissues，damage tothe pulpand periapical tissues，nd iatrogenic injury.Commonlyused methods forhemostasisaresystemicdrugmanagement，localdrug hemostasis，presure hemo stasis，chemicalhemostasis，andsuturinghemostasis，etc.Propermanagementofbleeding toreduceitsimpactonthetreat mentof pulpdiseases needs tobeconsideredinclinical practice.Thisarticleprovidesareviewofthe managementof variousbleeding situations during non-surgicaland surgical treatmentsofpulpdiseases，fromtheperspectivesof thedangers，causes，prevention，andtreatmentofbleeding.Resultsprovideareferencefortheclinicaltreatmentofpulpdiseases.
