[Abstract]Diastemasbetweentheanterior tethareoftenconsideredamajoraesthetic problem.Inmostcases，the treatmentof theseconditions involves directcompositeresinrestoration，veneers，crowns，orthodontic treatment，andamultidisciplinaryapproach.Thisarticle is acasereportofapatient with diastema inthe maxillaryanterior teeth，corrected with directcompositeresinwith injectionmolding technique andamatrixwith preformedanatomicalcontour，esulting inpatient satisfaction.
