[Abstract]The influence of maternaloral health on pregnancyoutcomes （such as preterm low birth weight，preeclampsia，andstillbirth）hasbeenwidelyconcernedbyscholars.Withthedetectionoforalmicroorganisms intheplacentaamnio tic fluid，andothermateralstructures，theinfluenceandpossible mechanismoforal microorganisms inpregnant women on thecolonization of the fetus inthe womb; the shaping ofthefetal immune system;andthesubsequent oral health of the newbornhavebecomeanewresearchhotspot.Inthis study，theeffectsofmaternaloralmicrobiotaon fetalhealth neonataloral microbiota were reviewed.The maternaloral microbiotamay influence oral healththrough thecolonizationand successionoforalmicrobiotaduringearlylifeandmayregulate fetaldevelopment，which hasaprofoundimpactonsystemic health.
