[Abstract]Soft issue managementisacritical aspectinprosthodontics.It includesrevisionandcontouring of gingival， mucosalligament，ndpr-mplantsofttisues.odelaser，aanentandpreiseniallvasivetolon strates significant advantages insoft tisse management.It interacts with oral soft tissues byemiting photon energy to achieveprecisecuting，hemostasis，andtissecontouring，aswellastopromotehalingandanti-inflammatoryfects. Compared withtraditional mechanicalcutingorelectrosurgery，diode lasercanreduce intraoperativebleeding，postoperative pain，complications，and healing time，therebyimproving patient comfortandrestorative outcomes.This articlereviews the basic principlesandbiologicaleffectsofdiode laserinoralsoft tisue managementand providesadetailedoverviewof parameter selection and clinical strategies in prosthodontics.
