[Abstract]Theincidenceoforal diseases ishigh，anditstreatmentoftenrequirestheapplicationofnewmaterials.Characterizedbytheirunique structural propertiesand exceptional biologicalfunctions，electrospiningnanofibers （ENFs） have shownsignificantapplicationpotential inoralmedicine，particularlyinmaxillfacial tssuerepairandtoothregeneration.This workreviews theresearchprogressofENFs instomatologysummarizing theirpreparationprocess andharacteristics，categorizingandelaboratestheirclinicalappications inoraldiseases，andoutliningtheirchallengesanddevelopmentprospects in the treatmentoforal diseases.The findings provide reference forbasic researchand clinicalapplication of ENFs against oral diseases.
