[Abstract]Dental stemcellsareeasytoobtain with few technicaland ethicalconstraintsandhave strong proliferative abilityandstablemorphology.Immunecelsarewidelydistributed inthebodyandcanregulatedentalstemcels，which is beneficialforthetreatmentof tissehomeostasisandinflammatorydiseases.Furtherresearchontheirmutualregulato ry mechanisms has important clinical significance.The interactionbetweendental stemcelsand immunecells cancontrolthe biologicalbehaviorofdentalstemcels，regulatethelocalinflammatorymicroenvironment，andpromotetissuere generation and inflammation treatment. However，the mechanism underlying the interaction regulation between dental stemcellsandimmunecelsislargelyunclear，andthediscoveredmechanismslackclinicalexperimentalevidence.Further exploration is needed before appying thesecells to clinical treatment.Thisarticlesummarizes the mutual regulatory efctsand mechanisms betweendental stemcelsand immunecells to providereference fortheirclinical applications.
