[Abstract]ObjectiveThis study aimedto understand the effectof implementing the comprehensive intervention projectforpediatricoraldiseasesontheoralhealth status，health knowledge，atitudes，andbehaviorof2-year-oldchildren in theintervention and non-interventionareas of Guizhou Province where the project was implemented.MethodsThe oral health dataofl2-year-oldchildren in Guizhou Province werecollcted fromtheoralhealthepidemiological survey ofthe province fromJune2019toNovember2O20，andsixareaswereselected fromeach project interventionand non-interventionarea，withatotalof2654children.Theoralhealthstatus，oralhealthknowledge，atitude，behavior，dentalserviceutilization，and sugardiet of12-year-old children in theproject interventionand non-interventionareaswere compared.ResultsThe prevalence of caries，average caries，periodontal status，utilization rateof dental services，oral health knowledge，attitude，and behaviorof 12-year-old children in the project intervention areaswere beter than those inthe non-interventionareas，and the numberofretained teth withcavityandditchsealingagent Washigher in the project intervention area，with statistically significant difference （ （P<0.05） .However，no significant difference was observed in the number of dental caries，caries filling ratio，and sugar diet （P>0.05） ）.Conclusion Thecomprehensive intervention program forchildren’soral diseases in Guizhou Province hasa potentialrole in improving the oralhealthstatus，oralhealthknowledge，andhealthbehaviorof12-year-oldchildreninGuizhouProvince.Thecomprehensive interventionofchildren'soral diseases couldbe more helpfultoimproveandenhance theoral health status and literacy of school-age children in Guizhou Province.
