Abstract： This paper examines the significant role of drawing-material matching in the construction process of alarge offshore oil platform project， focusing on the process of drawing and material matching based on work packages，as wellas the roles it plays in the stages of drawing design，material procurement，and construction， to improve the overall eficiency of project management， and provides strong guidance for reducing project implementation costs， risk management， visual management， and material management.
